Yes. Most of our engagements are exactly that: we take accountability for the data migration workstream - strategy, object plan, dependencies, mock cycles, cutover and sign-off - working alongside your system integrator and business teams.

SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Information Steward, LSMW, BAPIs and IDocs, plus Python, SQL and Alteryx for extraction, transformation and validation. We choose the tool per object, not the other way around.

ChamaGa is currently an MVP in active development. You can request early access and we will contact you when the production version is available for your venue.

Yes. We deliver remotely across the Americas and Europe, with on-site presence when the program requires it. We work fluently in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

With a short conversation about your program, timeline and landscape. We then propose the right model - a migration lead, a data engineering team, a readiness assessment or a platform demo - with a clear scope. We are happy to sign an NDA first.

We work inside your environments and access rules whenever possible, apply least-privilege access, keep evidence of validations and approvals, and never reuse client data outside the engagement.
