A data & technology company, founded on enterprise delivery
JBE was built by practitioners. Its foundation is a thirty-year career that began on the shop floor of a global agricultural equipment manufacturer in 1995 and grew through 25 years of IT - ERP-integrated systems development, SAP data teams, global SAP data migration architecture, B2B/EDI integration in the United States - to leading SAP S/4HANA data migration and data engineering for multi-country programs in automotive, medical technology, agribusiness and consumer goods.
That experience taught us where transformation programs really fail: in the data, in the dependencies between teams, and in the gap between the plan and what is actually happening. JBE exists to close that gap - with senior people who have done it before, and with software that makes it repeatable.

Two years based in the United States working on-site with a global IT organisation, and daily delivery with teams from the USA, Germany, France, Spain, China, India and across Latin America. Frequent on-site work in Chile and Argentina. We work fluently in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
